Perth’s seasons line up with the Southern hemisphere. Generally, summer is considered to last from January to late March. April to June are the fall season, whereas July to September are generally considered winter months. October to December are considered spring.

On average, Perth gets about 3200 hours of sunshine each year, which is largely concentrated from November to March. The least sunny month is June which only averages 177 sunshine hours. July tends to be the month where there is the most rainfall as well as the month with the coldest temperatures.
